1. The pressure of the 304 stainless steel dispensing pressure bucket (upper dispensing) is 0.8MPA. In order to ensure safety, Hengling Automation Technology Co., Ltd. recommends adjusting the pressure regulating valve within the range of 0.8MPA;

2. When the pressure exceeds 0.8MPA, the safety valve will automatically exhaust to ensure the safety of the pressure tank. It is forbidden to arbitrarily adjust the initial value of the safety valve, otherwise safety accidents may occur.

Installation instructions:

1. Put the original packaging of glue or grease in its entirety or pour the glue into a bucket;

2. Insert the inner rubber hose of the bucket lid into the glue until it reaches the bottom;

3. Place the bucket lid steadily and move it left and right to match the bucket body;

4. Pull up all the pull rods and place them into the groove of the bucket lid. Place the metal gasket on the pull rod under the handle on the bucket lid;

5. Tighten the two symmetrical handles with both hands simultaneously, and then tighten the other two symmetrical handles simultaneously. Repeat the process until all four handles are tightened;

6. Connect the glue outlet hose to the glue gun and lock the hose connector;

7. Close the exhaust valve and connect the factory air source to the inlet end of the pressure regulating valve;

8. Adjust the pressure regulator to the appropriate pressure value (increase clockwise, decrease counterclockwise).

1. The lid and body of the barrel are covered by a one-year warranty. The pressure barrel sealing ring and rubber hose are consumables, and all accessories (such as safety valves, regulating valves, exhaust valves, ball valves, handles, etc.) are consumable parts and are not covered by the warranty.
